Customer Service Representative, (CSR): Great Plains Auto Body is seeking a seasoned Customer Service/Sales Representative (CSR) who will take the lead in caring for customers as we return their life to normal following an accident. If you can help turn the unpleasant unexpected experience of an accident, into a positive one, creating a loyal customer, we have a home for you on our team. Candidates must possess: a history of extraordinary customer care and service, working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, managing a variety of complex scenarios. Excellent communication and telephone skills to keep customers informed throughout the process, based on their unique requirements. Attention to detail with flawless follow through that delivers results. Great Plains Auto Body offers great benefits, vacation time and paid holidays off. This position is Monday - Friday. Experienced Estimator: Job Duties, Review repair cost estimates with insurance company to secure agreement on cost of repairs.
Examine damaged vehicle to determine extent of structural, body, mechanical, electrical, or interior damage. Job Qualifications, At least 3+ years in the Collision or Insurance Industry. Must have industry computer program knowledge. Must have a Valid Driver's License. Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of Customer Service. High Customer Satisfaction for Both Sales & Service. Maintain contact with customers while their vehicle is in the repair process; communication regarding status of repair. Ability to retain knowledge of most major Insurance Direct Repair Program protocols.
