There’s an application process. Not all auto body centers will qualify. In order to become a M-B Certified Collision Center, an application must be completed and submitted to Mercedes-Benz USA for review.

In order to be a Certified Collision Center, an auto body shop must use Genuine Mercedes-Benz Parts, which also may be covered by a limited warranty.
Technicians are trained, and re-trained. Technology in M-B cars is always changing, so techs are frequently and regularly trained in order to be part of a Certified Collision Center.
